Nominations & Eligibility

An organization may nominate itself for the award (request a copy of our latest newsletter for calendar information). The program also accepts third-party nominations for any size organization with operations in Santa Cruz County. Successful applicants embrace the ecological principles of sustainable "eco-quality" in all four criteria areas, with special commendations for individual program with outstanding achievements.

How to get Involved

The SQA Steering Committee seeks volunteers and in some cases paid assistance with:

	Evaluation Teams that review finalists and perform site visits
	The annual awards ceremony
	Fundraising and public relations
	Office work such as mailings and telephone outreach
